By using Moodoji, you agree to the following terms:

1. Use at Your Own Risk: Moodoji is a mood-tracking tool designed for personal reflection. It is not a medical or therapeutic tool and does not offer health advice.

2. User Content: All data you enter (such as moods and notes) is stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for your data.

3. Subscriptions: Moodoji offers a freemium model. Additional features are available through a subscription priced at $1.99/month or $19.99/year, with a 3-day free trial on select plans. Payment is handled via Apple In-App Purchase and managed by RevenueCat.

4. No Account Required: You do not need to register or log in to use the app.

5. Termination: You can delete the app at any time. Deleting the app will erase all locally stored data.

6. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Washington.

Moodoji does not collect or store any personal data on external servers. All data, including mood entries, notes, and timestamps, are stored securely on your device using Apple’s SwiftData framework.

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not use any tracking technologies to monitor your activity.

The only third-party service we use is RevenueCat, which handles in-app purchases and subscription management. RevenueCat may collect non-personal device and purchase data strictly necessary to process payments, as governed by their Privacy Policy.

Your data stays on your device unless you choose to delete the app or share your information manually.
